Crew leaders must have clean driving record, Chauffeur's license and multiple years of experience leading crews.

Everyone needs to be experienced in all facets of commercial lawn care. (Commercial 30" Push Mowers, Walk Behinds, Zero Turns, Hurricanes, Whips, Blowers, Edgers)

We specialize in high end residential maintenance. Our focus is on quality, not speed. This is way more than production mowing. You need the discipline to choose to use the right equipment in the right place, always. Everyone has to be willing to take the time to make sure every aspect of the job is done to the highest quality, has to have a keen eye for detail, and must be willing to fix anything others might miss. Customer satisfaction drives our ability to compensate those willing to go the extra mile accordingly.

You Must: - Be a licensed driver with reliable transportation to get to our shop. Chauffeur's license is a bonus even if not a crew leader. - Be able to communicate with fellow workers and customers in basic English. - Be available from 8-6 Monday through Friday, while understanding that weather effects our regular schedule. Rain may cause unexpected time off during regular hours, forcing us to work longer hours the following days to catch up, potentially causing some work to spill onto Saturday. We don't want to work until dark, or on Saturdays - because our customers (and especially Karen next door) don't want us there late or on Saturdays. - Understand that drug and alcohol use on the job will not be tolerated by management or the discerning public. - Want to be part of a team focused on customer service, that truly enjoys being a lawncare professional and knows there is a huge difference between "cutting grass" and "being a lawnguy (or gal)" True professionals take a moment when the job is done to double check the work and appreciate the fact they've done it better than others can. Part of being a good "teammate" also means everyone pitches in on every aspect of the job.

Crew Leaders can expect 45 - 50 hours per week and $26/hr.-$32/hr.

Team Members can expect 42 - 46 hours per week and $22/hr. - $25/hr.. * Additional hours are always available for those motivated to earn more.
