Banking & Finance Lawyer (2-5 PQE) London


We’re working with a leading International law firm on an opportunity within their highly regarded Banking & Finance practice in London.


The team are particularly interested in those who may be coming from a Structured Finance or Fund Finance background and interested in broadening the scope of their work.


The team advises banks, credit funds, sponsors and corporates on a broad mix of financing work, including general corporate lending, acquisition and leveraged financings, and a strong flow of fund finance matters such as subscription, NAV and hybrid facilities. They also handle structured finance transactions, spanning securitisations, warehouse lines and other bespoke lending solutions. The work is often complex and cross-border, delivered in close collaboration with the firm’s corporate, funds and tax practices to provide commercially focused financing support. With an excellent level of Partner involvement across deals, the environment is known for its quality of work and collaborative culture, training and development too.


What’s on offer:


  • Salary £150,000-£190,000
