In-depth knowledge of legislation, safeguarding and residential best practice? Confidence delivering or facilitating learning (trainer experience desirable)? Strong communication and presentation skills? Excellent organisation and IT skills? The ability to influence, challenge and inspire? A flexible approach with willingness to travel?
