Lead Application Support Analyst - Insurance - SQL/SSAS/Financial Systems - City, London Hybrid working - 3 days onsite and 2 days remotely each week. Our client, a fast growing Lloyd's Insurance syndicate, is recruiting a Lead Application Support Analyst to join their Applications team concentrating on supporting Financial systems - general ledger. The Lead Application Support Analyst will have a strong technical breadth, with the ability to troubleshoot across networks, databases, infrastructure, and applications. This is an active role in Serious Incident Management, Change and Enhancement delivery and Problem Management, often coordination with cross-functional teams and external partners. Previous experience working in the Insurance Market is essential, preferably London market as you will need a good understanding of how premiums, claims, risk etc. operate within this sector.
