Lead Business Analyst – Insurance


Up to £100,000 | Hybrid Working


We’re looking for a Lead Business Analyst to join a top-tier global insurance organisation during a period of major transformation.


This is a senior leadership role where you’ll lead a team of Business Analysts, set best practice, and drive high-impact change across complex insurance programmes.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading, coaching, and developing a team of BAs
  • Owning business analysis across large, strategic initiatives
  • Partnering with senior stakeholders to shape business and technology solutions
  • Translating complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements
  • Driving consistency, quality, and maturity across the BA function
  • Working closely with technology, delivery, and governance teams


What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience as a Lead Business Analyst / BA Manager
  • Strong background in insurance or financial services
  • Experience leading BA teams and influencing at senior level
  • Track record of delivering complex change programmes
  • Confident operating in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid environments
