We’re looking for a Lead Business Analyst to join a top-tier global insurance organisation during a period of major transformation.
This is a senior leadership role where you’ll lead a team of Business Analysts, set best practice, and drive high-impact change across complex insurance programmes.
What you’ll be doing: Leading, coaching, and developing a team of BAs Owning business analysis across large, strategic initiatives Partnering with senior stakeholders to shape business and technology solutions Translating complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements Driving consistency, quality, and maturity across the BA function Working closely with technology, delivery, and governance teams
What we’re looking for: Proven experience as a Lead Business Analyst / BA Manager Strong background in insurance or financial services Experience leading BA teams and influencing at senior level Track record of delivering complex change programmes Confident operating in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid environments
