Lead Business Analyst

As Lead Business Analyst, you’ll take ownership of business analysis across large, complex projects - leading teams, shaping solutions, and ensuring delivery aligns with strategic goals.

Role/responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts

Drive requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation (user stories, epics, artefacts)

Act as a key bridge between stakeholders, developers, and customers

Guide Agile delivery using tools like JIRA

Oversee discovery phases, high-level design, and project scoping

Champion best practices and continuous improvement within the BA team

Key experience

Proven leadership experience in Business Analysis

Strong background in Agile/SCRUM environments

Expertise in requirements elicitation, process mapping, and user story writing

Experience working with APIs and technical systems

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver clarity
