A passionate and dynamic leader, who can motivate a small team to ensure delivery of exceptional service to all guests.
Full confidence in running all aspects of the kitchen including stock control, weekly ordering and a strong and strict cleanliness and maintenance of the kitchen.
A sharp understanding of kitchen health & safety, food safety and firm administrative tasks in place for kitchen staff to follow.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Cooking a consistently high-quality menu, input with menu creation, specials and menu changes.
Leading a small kitchen team helping to develop their skills, help management with kitchen staff hiring and maintaining a high food safety standard at all times.
Managing stock, orders and budgets to keep everything running smoothly
Creating a positive kitchen environment where innovation and individuality shine
Work closely with the management team to maximize service as well as manage a high service standard of our functions menu and execution
ABOUT YOU - A strong chef background, preferably with experience in a lead role previously, Although it is JUST as important to have the right attitude and get stuck in!
Great people leadership- you know how to motivate and inspire others
Excellent organisational skills with a focus on efficiency and standards
A friendly and nice person who take their work seriously!
A positive attitude and an ability to work well as part of a team.
Great personality- patient, understanding and a passion for developing yourself and work colleagues. A zest for personal growth!
