This is a greenfield role where you’ll have full scope to integrate disparate datasets, ensure data quality, and deliver insights that directly influence marketing, sales, and customer strategy. You’ll also get to grow a small team once the function is established.
The Role
- Integrate & organise data sources from marketing, sales, CRM, and digital channels into a unified, trusted dataset.
- Establish data quality processes to maintain accuracy and consistency.
- Build a single customer view, delivering segmentation and profiling to power targeted marketing campaigns.
- Partner closely with marketing and sales to uncover actionable insights and track campaign performance.
- Design and automate dashboards and reports for stakeholders across the business.
- Shape the data strategy, tools, and best practices from the ground up.
The Person
- Proven experience in data integration, modelling, and data quality management.
- Advanced SQL plus experience with a BI tool (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.).
- Strong background in marketing analytics and customer insight.
- Comfortable in a hands-on role, with the vision to scale capability and hire.
- Able to translate complex analysis into clear commercial impact.
Why This Role?
- Greenfield opportunity — no legacy systems, build it your way.
- Be the first data leader in a high-impact, commercially aware role.
- Blend strategic influence with day-to-day analytics.
- Join a company with a genuine social mission, where your work drives both revenue growth and positive change.
If you’re looking for the rare chance to be the architect of a new data function — with the backing to make a big commercial impact — let’s talk.
