What youll have the opportunity to work on as a Lead Data Scientist:

• Set the technical vision for complex AI programmes, owning key architectural and delivery decisions.
• Lead the design and deployment of scalable, production-grade machine learning systems.
• Turn problems into clear technical strategies and end-to-end delivery plans.
• Act as a senior technical advisor to clients, aligning AI solutions with commercial goals.
• Mentor and develop team members, strengthening technical and leadership capability.

What were looking for in a Lead Data Scientist:

• Deep expertise in at least one machine learning domain, with broad knowledge across data science, including Python programming and experience with deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch).
• Proven technical leadership, mentoring and managing teams, and scaling best practices.
• Strong delivery skills, turning complex, ambiguous problems into actionable, high-quality solutions.
• Collaborative, aligning effectively across engineering, commercial, and infrastructure teams.
• Trusted client advisor, building strategic, long-term relationships.
