We're looking for a technically strong and people-focused Lead Developer to guide a small team of developers in delivering impactful low-code solutions. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in Outsystems or traditional development to step into a leadership role and shape the digital future of a global logistics organisation.

Lead and mentor a team of two developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. Oversee the full software delivery lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and support.
