Job Description
Lead Electrical Engineer - c£55k-£63k + 7.5% bonus, Hybrid, Clevedon
Are you an experienced Electrical Engineer ready to take the next step into leadership? We have an exciting opportunity with one of our leading clients and we want to hear from you!
As a Lead Electrical Engineer, you will play a key role in leading a growing team, driving technical delivery, and ensuring high-quality, compliant, and cost-effective engineering solutions within a high-tech environment.
The role is hybrid, with time split between home and site in the Bristol/Clevedon area.
What we are looking for:
Degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience) Strong background in product design and development Experience leading or coordinating engineering teams/projects Experience in regulated, compliance-driven environments Knowledge of electrical safety standards and risk management
What you will be doing:
Lead, mentor and develop a team of Electrical Engineers Own system/subsystem design, including risk and compliance Collaborate across teams to resolve technical challenges Ensure products meet standards, directives, and cost targets Oversee testing, validation, and continuous improvement
