Lead Electrical Maintenance Engineer - Wembley ️\n\nAre you an experienced Lead Electrical Engineer with a passion for maintenance and a knack for leadership? We have an exciting contract opportunity based in the vibrant Wembley area.\n\nWe're looking for a proactive and skilled individual with a strong mechanical bias to join a dynamic team on a crucial maintenance contract. You will be responsible for leading a small team of 2-3 engineers, overseeing all scheduled and reactive maintenance tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of all mechanical systems.

Your leadership will be key in maintaining high standards of work and ensuring project delivery on time.\n\nKey Requirements:\n\nProven experience as a Lead Engineer, with a track record of successfully managing and mentoring a small team.\n\nStrong mechanical engineering background and extensive experience in a maintenance environment.\n\nAbility to work autonomously, diagnose faults, and make key decisions on-site to minimize downtime.\n\nWhat We Offer:\n\nA competitive salary range of £45,000 - £48,000 per annum.\n\nMonday to Friday shift pattern, ensuring your weekends are free.\n\nFlexible working hours with a choice of two shifts: 7am - 4pm or 6am - 3pm.\n\nIf you have the leadership skills and mechanical maintenance expertise we're looking for, please get in touch to discuss this opportunity further!\n\nRandstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
