Lead Electrical Engineer Commutable: Newquay, Truor, St Austell, Salary: £50,000- £50,000 Shifts/Hours: Monday- Friday Days Are you ready to take the next step in your engineering career and play a key role in launching a brand-new production line? We're looking for a Lead Electrical Engineer with a passion for continuous improvement, strong technical ability, and an interest in shaping best practice from day one. This role will involve training new staff technicians to upskill them on the machinery, invovled with installation of new machinery, implementation of a brand new production line. Because the line is completely new, major breakdowns aren't expected early on. The initial focus will be on establishing robust processes, understanding the equipment , and embedding a strong maintenance culture from the start.
