W Talent is proud to be exclusively supporting a well-established manufacturing business located in Barnsley who are looking to appointment a Group Lead Electrical Engineer working across three sites with the main site being in South Yorkshire - S35 2PW.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Hands on, Electrical Engineer to take on a group-level role, supporting multiple sites and projects across the business. The position will play a key part in driving electrical standards, compliance, reliability and continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing and operational environments.
The Role
The Group Electrical Engineer will provide technical leadership and support across all electrical systems within the organisation. Working closely with Engineering, Production and Projects teams, you will ensure electrical infrastructure, plant equipment and project installations are safe, compliant and operating at optimal performance.
Key Responsibilities
Provide group-wide electrical engineering support across manufacturing and operational sites. Ensure compliance with all relevant electrical regulations and safety standards. Support installation, commissioning and validation of new plant, equipment and capital projects. Lead electrical fault-finding and root cause analysis on complex issues.
