Salary: £46,000 - £49,000 Per annum

Working Hours: Monday Friday, 8am 5pm

Job Summary

Were looking for a passionate and dedicated Lead Electrical Engineer to join our clients team on a static site in Marlow. In this role, youll oversee electrical maintenance and ensure the smooth running of all building services on site.

If youre an experienced electrical engineer with strong leadership skills, wed love to hear from you. We are seeking a motivated and skilled Lead Electrical Engineer to support our clients on-site operations, taking responsibility for both hands-on and supervisory duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and deliver engineering operations across a high-profile static site.
• Bring strong electrical expertise with a practical multi skilled approach.
• Maintain compliance, safety, and high engineering standards.
• Work proactively to ensure the site runs reliably and efficiently.
• Act as the key technical point of contact, fostering a positive client relationship (client remains confidential).

Requirements

• Right to work in the UK
• Electrically biased with solid technical confidence
• Strong Communication skills
• 5 Years experience within a similar Lead/Supervisory role
