37 hours per week, based in Preston

£37,924.44 per annum (£19.66ph)

plus ability to earn more via call out and standby

What will you be doing in this role?

You'll be a part of our Asset Management team, a range of skilled trades people who carry out planned and responsive maintenance in both tenanted and empty properties. We have around 7000 properties across Preston, Fylde and South Ribble so you wont have to travel far. Youll have a CGA van to travel to and from work and to your jobs.

What we are looking for in you

We are looking for someone who shares our values and puts customers and communities at the heart of all they do. The Lead Electrical Technician is a senior electrician assisting the Electrical Supervisor and Electrician Technical (Qualified Supervisor) to ensure the technical quality and compliance of electrical work across CGA properties.

You will carry out hands-on electrical work, including fault diagnosis, maintenance, and repairs, while maintaining excellent safety, quality and customer service standards.
