Job Requirements Role Overview: As aLeadElectronics Engineerin our customers Electro-opticsteam, you will lead the electronics development of a key sensor project for the Tempest aircraft. The programme currently involves the UK and two other nations so experience of working with partner companies or suppliers in different countries and excellent communication skills are essential. This isa key role in developing, maturing and delivering a mission-critical, electro-optical system that will be installed onto the aircraft platform. Ideally, you shouldhave experience of managing and leading a team ofelectronicsengineers inthedevelopment of complex electronic hardware. The role will be based at our customers site in Edinburgh and the successful candidate will have the opportunity for overseas travel to work with consortium colleagues in Italy and Japan.
