The Role As Lead Nurse / ODP, youll be the driving force behind the delivery of a safe, effective, and patient-focused endoscopy service.
You will:
Lead, support, and inspire a multidisciplinary team
Act as a visible and approachable clinical leader
Ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centred care
Drive continuous improvement and service development
Support staff training, development, and performance
Manage resources effectively to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders

About You To succeed in this role, youll bring both clinical expertise and confident leadership.
You will have:
NMC registration (Nurse) or HCPC registration (ODP)
Significant experience within an Endoscopy setting
Leadership experience at Band 7 level (or equivalent)
A strong commitment to patient-centred care
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to remain calm, resilient, and decisive under pressure
A passion for continuous improvement and team development
