Are you an experienced Engineer ready to work maintenance at a high-end residential building in West London?

You’ll be a solo FM Engineer, responsible for various hands-on maintenance, whilst also managing sub-contractors. Some of your other duties will include:

* Managing and troubleshooting complex technical issues within a critical environment.

* Collaborating with a team of professionals to ensure all compliance and safety standards are met.

* Calling out for escalations

* Competitive Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum.

* Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00

* Holiday Entitlement: 26 Days + Bank Holidays

Ideal Candidate:

* 3-5 years of Facilities Maintenance experience

* Mech Level 2 or Elec Level 3

* Ability to work independently but also manage sub-contractors where required.
