Job Role – Lead Engineer

Sector – Industrial Manufacturing (FMCG)
Non-Negotiable Requirements of Lead Engineer
Must be a Multi-Skilled Engineer (Electrical Bias).
Must have experience working within FMCG, factory, or industrial manufacturing environments.
Must hold a recognised Electrical Engineering Qualification.
Essential Requirements of Lead Engineer
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills on automated equipment.
Experience with PLC systems and automated production machinery.
Desirable Requirements of Lead Engineer
Previous experience in a high-speed manufacturing.
Exposure to continuous improvement
