Lead Engineer (Healthcare Environment) Permanent | 37.5 Hours per Week Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum (Dependent on experience, training, and qualifications) We are recruiting for an experienced Lead Engineer to join a healthcare facility, providing technical leadership and ensuring compliance across the site. Key Requirements Minimum Level 3 qualification (Electrical or Mechanical) CSCS or ECS card Background in Electrical Engineering , Mechanical Engineering (Plumbing & Heating) , or Multi-Skilled Engineering Experience in a healthcare, FM, or compliance-driven environment preferred Role & Responsibilities Monday to Friday, 7.5 hours per day, with flexibility required to support operational needs (including early starts or late finishes around theatre schedules) Occasional weekend work to support reactive repairs or capital projects (paid as overtime or taken as time in lieu) Participation in an on-call rota (typically 1 in 4 weeks) covering multiple sites £135 per week on-call allowance, plus payment for call-outs
