Location: OX11 Postcode Area Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am 5:00pm We are currently recruiting for an experienced Lead Engineer to join a major Facilities Management company on a static commercial site in the OX11 area. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior engineer looking to step into a leadership-focused role with responsibility for site performance, compliance, and team coordination within a professional commercial environment. The Role Oversee day-to-day engineering operations on site
Coordinate planned preventative and reactive maintenance
Provide technical support and guidance to on-site engineers
Ensure statutory compliance and H&S standards are met
Act as key liaison between client, subcontractors, and management
Manage documentation, reporting, and permit processes
Participate in a call-out rota as required
Whats on Offer Salary up to £40,000 depending on experience
MondayFriday working pattern (85)

About You Engineering qualification (Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services)
Experience within commercial maintenance environments
Previous supervisory or leadership experience desirable
Strong technical fault-finding ability
Good organisational and communication skills
Health & safety awareness and compliance knowledge
Full UK driving licence desirable
