Fencing Fife Ltd is a fast-growing fencing contractor delivering high-quality domestic and commercial installations across Fife. Due to continued expansion and increasing demand, the company is seeking an experienced Lead Fencing Installer to join their team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled installer ready to take responsibility, lead jobs, and be part of a company building for the long term.

Key Responsibilities
Install domestic and commercial fencing to a high standard
Install composite decking and fencing systems
Lead installations from start to finish
Work independently and manage on-site workflow
Communicate professionally with customers
Maintain excellent standards of safety and workmanship
Support and mentor other installers when required
Requirements
Proven experience in fencing installation (essential)
Experience with decking installations (preferred)
Ability to work unsupervised and manage projects independently
Strong leadership skills or previous experience leading small teams
High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Full UK driving licence
