This is a hands‑on technical leadership role for someone who enjoys setting engineering direction, raising standards, and leading by example while still remaining close to the code. The Opportunity Youll join a highly capable product‑led engineering function working on enterprise‑grade, cloud‑native systems used at scale. The platform is actively evolving, with a strong focus on performance, reliability, and long‑term maintainability. As Lead Engineer, youll act as the technical authority within the team influencing architecture, guiding delivery, and mentoring engineers while collaborating closely with Product, Architecture, and senior stakeholders.
