Are you a confident, experienced cold caller ready to take the lead in a brand-new role? This is your opportunity to join a growing digital marketing and local advertising business in Dorset, where your drive and determination will directly shape the success of our sales team.
As a Lead Generation Executive, you’ll be the first in this role, setting the standard for future hires. You’ll be responsible for generating high-quality appointments for our digital marketing consultants, targeting a wide range of businesses and spend levels. This is a high-activity, high-reward role with clear progression opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Make a minimum of 80 outbound calls per day with at least 1.5 hours of talk time
- Book qualified video appointments for the digital marketing sales team
- Represent the full LOCALiQ product portfolio, including digital marketing and local advertising solutions
- Build rapport and engage decision-makers across a variety of industries
- Use fact-finding techniques to fully qualify prospects
- Identify new business opportunities and respond quickly to market gaps
- Maintain accurate records and activity logs in the CRM system
- Attend video calls and meetings with sales consultants to develop an understanding of the sales cycle
- Complete all relevant training and self-learning
- Proven experience in outbound B2B lead generation or telesales roles
- Confidence and resilience in high-volume cold calling environments
- Excellent telephone manner and strong rapport-building skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proactive, self-starting attitude with a hunger to succeed
- Ability to work independently and lead by example in a new role
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools
- Understanding of digital marketing and local advertising solutions (desirable)
- Willingness to work from the Dorset office three days per week
