The successful applicant will have a demonstrable history in commercial building maintenance and facilities, as well as relevant Electrical Engineering qualifications. Duties as Site Engineer: Delivering maintenance to the landlord areas of 2 x high-end residential towers. Single-person site though there is an engineer on the site next door + an apprentice to assist you. Managing sub-contractors; raise quotations, raise purchase orders. Strong & effective communication with the client; answering client queries & complaints. Computer literacy & timely communication.
