The successful candidate will manage the teams focus on agreed engineering priorities, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently to meet production performance targets.
This role is key to maintaining site reliability and manufacturing efficiency through effective leadership.
Youll ensure smooth shift handovers, optimise workforce utilisation, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the site.
Duties and Responsibilities: Plan and execute maintenance activities in line with plant gaps, shutdowns, and reliability improvements.
Develop and deliver improvement plans to enhance equipment performance.

Attend daily engineering meetings to align priorities and communicate updates.
