Lead Maintenance Engineer One Person Site Acton, West London up to £50,000

Joselyn Search are currently recruiting for a Lead Maintenance Engineer to be based at a High-End Residential site in Acton, West London. The successful candidate will be solely responsible for all on-site engineering and required to carry out all aspects of multi-skilled maintenance within this luxury residential environment. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have proven track record in commercial building services. This position would be ideal for a Lead Engineer currently in a similar position who is keen on progression . In return the company are offering a competitive salary in the region of £50,000 with a potential route into further career progression and management.
