The Role We are recruiting for a mechanically biased Lead Engineer / Working Supervisor to take responsibility for the day-to-day maintenance operations of a 4-floor corporate office building. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for a strong mechanical engineer ready to step up or an experienced lead engineer who enjoys remaining technically involved while supervising a small on-site team. You will lead from the front, ensuring statutory compliance, high service delivery standards, and smooth coordination of contractors and reactive works. Strong experience with commercial lighting systems and lighting controls is essential, alongside mechanical building services expertise.
