Lead Mechanical Engineer – Field Services Operations Location: Meadowhall | Full-Time | Global Travel Required (including offshore) We’re looking for a confident and experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join our client who are specialists in high-pressure gas containment systems for safety-critical applications across defence, energy, and transport sectors. We are looking for someone who can come in and support the continued growth of their Integrity Management services. In this hands-on leadership role, you'll manage and guide specialist field service teams through global deployments, ensuring high standards of professionalism, safety, and operational excellence at every stage. What You’ll Do: As a key figure in our Field Services division, you'll: * Supervise day-to-day operations of in-situ deployment teams (on-site and remotely) * Ensure smooth project execution – from planning, risk assessments, and method statements to post-deployment reviews * Oversee deployment scheduling, maximising team utilisation and efficiency * Drive a culture of safety, quality, and customer excellence * Provide technical support including diagnostics and repairs on equipment (pneumatic, hydraulic, vacuum systems) * Act as the main point of contact between field teams and internal stakeholders * Mentor, train, and develop operational staff to support business growth * Assist in generating accurate costings an...
