The Company

I am hiring a Lead Model Validation Analyst for a top consumer finance FinTech’s based in London. Here you will lead the validation of all models, including credit risk models, across the whole business!


The Role

As the Lead Model Validation Analyst , you will be:

  • Validating all models across the business including the credit risk models
  • Focusing on the validation of IFRS9 and credit scorecard models
  • Developing reports on the model validation for senior stakeholders
  • Translating findings to be able to present to senior non-technical stakeholders


Your skills and experience

To be successful as a Lead Model Validation Analyst , you will need:

  • Experience validating models for credit risk
  • Experience working in unsecured lending
  • Experience validating credit risk models in python and ideally experience using AI.
  • Experience working for a fintech/fast-paced business
