This is an exciting opportunity for an outstanding science teaching professional to take a leadership role in curriculum development, pedagogy, and staff support across multiple settings. Key Responsibilities* Model and deliver outstanding teaching in science across key stages, adapting practice to meet the needs of learners with diverse abilities and SEND needs.* Lead, inspire and support colleagues through coaching, mentoring, modelling and collaborative planning to raise the quality of teaching and learning.* Develop strong, inclusive science curricula and teaching resources, ensuring accessibility, progression and challenge for all pupils.* Lead high-quality CPD and contribute to professional development across the group.* Monitor pupil progress and evaluate impact, using data to drive improvement.* Work collaboratively with senior leaders to support strategic development and school improvement priorities.
