Are you an experienced Product Manager / Lead who thrives in fast-moving environments? Do you enjoy taking products from 0-1 and owning the full journey from concept through to launch and scale? As Lead Product Manager, you’ll take full ownership of a brand-new mobile app - defining the vision, strategy and roadmap from day one. This is a true 0–1 role where you’ll operate with the autonomy of a business owner, driving key metrics such as engagement, retention and customer lifetime value.

What are they looking for?

• Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager / Lead, with a track record of owning and launching 0-1 mobile apps
• Fintech experience would be highly desirable
• Solid technical understanding, with experience working closely with mobile engineers (iOS/Android)
• Strong product intuition and first-principles thinking, comfortable defining products from scratch in ambiguous environments
• Demonstrated ownership mindset with the ability to operate autonomously and drive outcomes
• Experience building, leading or mentoring high-performing cross-functional teams
• Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to prioritise high-impact initiatives and make clear trade-offs
• Data-driven approach, comfortable defining metrics, analysing performance and iterating quickly
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
