Lead Product Manager

  • £120,000 -£140,000
  • Bonus and high equity component
  • London | Hybrid 2 days a week

Our client is expanding rapidly and building a new capability that will redefine how affluent people grow their wealth. They are a forward-thinking, well-funded fintech on the verge of profitability, with a mission to create intelligent, human-centred wealth solutions that simplify complexity and build long-term trust. You'll join a culture where experimentation is encouraged, assumptions are challenged, and product decisions are driven by client outcomes.

About the role:

This is a rare chance to take ownership of a high-growth fintech expansion area within a regulated environment, shaping a product from day one and turning bold ideas into real-world impact, acting as a mini CEO.

The Product Lead will:

  • Define and deliver the full investment product vision, from first hypothesis to scalable success
  • Run rapid tests, leveraging data and client insight to validate ideas and sunset ineffective features
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Design and Compliance to blend trust, clarity and sophistication
  • Translate complex investment concepts into intuitive, emotionally resonant client experiences
  • Use AI-enabled tools to accelerate experimentation and enhance product intelligence

The role requires:

  • Strong product leadership experience in wealth, investments, or fintech
  • A track record delivering zero-to-one products in ambiguous, evolving environments
  • Ability to combine analytical rigour with design thinking and customer empathy
  • Confidence working with AI, experimentation frameworks and data-driven decision-making
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with a hunger to build from scratch

Why You'll Love It

  • Ownership of a brand-new investment business line within a regulated bank
  • A culture that rewards pace, learning and intelligent risk-taking
  • Opportunity to move ideas to live experiments in days, not months
  • Autonomy backed by meaningful investment and senior sponsorship
  • The chance to build something clients love and scale it globally if it wins
