Role: Lead Product Manager

Location: Central London - 2 days p/w in the office

Salary: £120,000 - £140,000 + bonus + equity

We’re hiring a Lead Product Manager for a profitable, Series A company working at the intersection of blockchain, data, and national security ️.


They build platforms used by government agencies to trace activity across crypto networks - supporting work in fraud, organised crime, and counter-terrorism .


This is their first Lead Product Manager hire - you’ll be the most senior product person in the business, working directly with the CTO/CEO, owning strategy end-to-end and building the product function from scratch.


As Lead Product Manager, you’ll:

  • Set product vision across B2G + B2B
  • Lead and grow a small team
  • Bring structure to a fast-scaling, high-impact platform
  • Turn complex blockchain/data capability into real-world products


They’ve grown rapidly over the past 18 months, are now profitable, and backed by significant Series A funding - with strong momentum into their next stage of growth.


Experience we’re looking for


We’re looking for a Lead Product Manager with experience in blockchain / cryptocurrency who’s comfortable operating in complex, fast-moving environments where clarity isn’t always given upfront.
