An ambitious, scaling technology business are now looking for a Contract Lead Product Manager to take ownership of product strategy and drive the evolution of a market-leading solution used at the highest levels of decision-making.

Salary: £550 (Inside/Outside IR35 to be determined)

Location: London (Hybrid)

Start Date: Immediate


This role will play a critical part in defining the user experience, bringing together AI-driven knowledge discovery, intelligent workflows and seamless collaboration within a secure, scalable ecosystem.


The Role:

  • Own and lead the product vision, strategy and roadmap from discovery through to delivery
  • Work closely with founders, engineering, design and clients to deeply understand user needs and translate them into impactful product outcomes
  • Apply strong design thinking principles to problem-solving, ensuring solutions are user-centric, intuitive and grounded in research
  • Drive prioritisation and decision-making across complex product initiatives
  • Embed best practice product management processes while remaining pragmatic in a scale-up environment
  • Champion innovation by identifying opportunities to enhance user value through emerging technologies, including AI
  • Act as a key voice in shaping the long-term strategic direction of the platform


Requirements:

  • 6+ years’ experience in Product Management, with proven experience leading complex digital products
  • Strong understanding of design thinking, UX principles and how to collaborate effectively with Product Designers
  • Background in start-up or scale-up environments, comfortable operating with pace and ambiguity
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on delivery experience
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, able to influence at senior level
  • A growth mindset, with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation
