Digital Product Team Delivery Leader

A newly created opportunity working for a fast-growing financial services/insurance business based in central London. About the Role This is a hybrid position, with 3 days spent in the London office and 2 days from home (with flexibility when required). Salary benchmark is circa £110,000 - £130,000 (MAX). This is an urgent requirement to start ASAP, though we are happy to wait for candidates that need to work a 1-3 (max) month notice period. Responsibilities THIS IS A TRADITIONAL and AUTHENTIC Delivery Manager's position and NOT a Project or Programme Manager Delivery role. We are NOT looking for candidates who are responsible for Project Delivery (The Senior Product Manager is responsible for this) This position is for a Senior Delivery Manager who is responsible for a team of other DM's, Product Owners, Product Lead, Scrum Masters, and Business Change Specialists, who all contribute to the success of the Digital Product Delivery platforms and applications. We are ONLY looking for candidates who have worked in this environment, and you must have recent experience in Digital Delivery (i.e., Deploying and Delivering eCommerce, Web, AI, and Digital Products, Services, and Applications into a live environment).
