⭐ Founding Product Lead

£100,000-£115,000 + Bonus

London / Hybrid


We're partnered with an incubated, well-funded start up within the field of audio technology as they build out their Founding Team. They're blending music, AI and technology to enhance mental and physical wellbeing.


The foundations are there: major partnerships across healthcare and education, significant global streaming reach and a serious analytics and experimentation stack. Now they need a true founding-level Product Lead to build what comes next.


This is a true 0-1 role. You’ll own the roadmap end to end - from discovery and validation through to shipping, testing and iteration - operating at the intersection of music, science and technology. Reporting to the Founder, you’ll work in a lean, high-autonomy environment alongside senior engineers and commercial leaders. The team actively uses AI tools to prototype ideas, test workflows and shape product direction.


This role will suit someone with a founder mindset: commercially sharp, deeply analytical and comfortable building in ambiguity.


What they’re looking for:

  • Proven zero-to-one product ownership in a startup or scale-up with a good blend of B2C and B2B2C experience
  • A hands on builder who can define strategy and execute
  • Strong discovery and experimentation capability
  • Technical fluency and confidence partnering with senior engineers
  • Data-first thinking - comfortable running and interpreting A/B tests
  • Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a lean team
