Job Description An ambitious, scaling technology business are now looking for a Lead Product Manager to take ownership of product strategy and drive the evolution of a market-leading solution used at the highest levels of decision-making.

Lead Product Manager
Salary: Up to £110k
Location: London (4 days per week in the office)

This role will play a critical part in defining the future of user experience, bringing together AI-driven knowledge discovery, intelligent workflows and seamless collaboration within a secure, scalable ecosystem.

The Role:
Own and lead the product vision, strategy and roadmap from discovery through to delivery
Work closely with founders, engineering, design and clients to deeply understand user needs and translate them into impactful product outcomes
Apply strong design thinking principles to problem-solving, ensuring solutions are user-centric, intuitive and grounded in research
Drive prioritisation and decision-making across complex product initiatives
Embed best practice product management processes while remaining pragmatic in a scale-up environment
Champion innovation by identifying opportunities to enhance user value through emerging technologies, including AI
