Polytec are looking for an experienced Production Technician to lead and mentor a small team of Technician's for our Cambridge based client. The successful candidate will have excellent hands on production and test skills as well as good team management experience.

Responsibilities:

* Assembly of complex electromechanical products following engineering drawings * Perform testing and quality checks on assembled electromechanical devices to ensure they meet performance and reliability standards * Identify and resolve issues encountered during assembly and testing processes * Work closely with engineers, designers, and other production team members to optimise manufacturing processes and improve product quality * Take responsibility for team outcomes and personal work as well as supporting the team to help foster growth * Clearly convey instructions and feedback to team members * Manage relevant documentation meticulously

Requirements:
