Lead Project Engineer for a major Offshore Wind Project based in The UK

Responsibilities

Co-ordinate engineering inputs/outputs for project development, through optioneering and initial design phases, to delivery, including
Chairing of regular engineering meetings to drive design and supporting collaboration between engineering disciplines
Chairing of regular engineering risk meetings to identify and manage engineering and quality risks and opportunities
Drive design maturity and delivery of scope to required quality and programme, including input to programme
Ensure compliance with relevant specifications & policies; where compliance is not possible, support resolution of the issue through Deviation from Specification process
Management of design changes in line with change control process and preparation of relevant forms and documentation,
Coordinate information gathering for Works Information (WI) packages
Manage the Technical Query (TQ) register for engineering during deliver Coordinate and see that all contractor deliverables are reviewed and signed off
