As a Lead Qualifier, you'll be the first point of contact for inbound enquiries from businesses. Your role is crucial in assessing and qualifying potential clients before handing them over to their experienced sales consultants. Responsibilities Make initial contact with inbound leads via phone, email, and online chat. Understand client requirements and assess suitability. Qualify leads based on location, budget, and timeline. Record accurate information in our CRM system. Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover. Follow up with warm leads to maintain engagement. Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Confident and friendly phone manner. Target-driven and motivated by success.
