The role:

Working on Preserve365, our revolutionary Microsoft 365 Active Digital Preservation solution you will lead the technical direction of the automation framework and the overall efforts & output of the P365 QA team.

This is a hands‑on leadership role that blends deep technical involvement with coaching and strategic input into the continued evolution of our QA function. You'll own and shape the automation framework, develop and support a team of automation engineers, and work closely with engineering teams to strengthen quality across the organisation.
