Turning over circa £80m - our impressive client carries out high quality new build, refurbishment and fit-out contracts within the commercial, hotels, leisure & hospitality, light industrial, residential and retail sectors. They have a rich history and have developed a reputation for carrying out complex high-end residential, retail and leisure & hospitality contracts.   Established in the late 1980’s, became a member of well-known nationwide Group in 1970s and has since successfully delivered projects such as the refurbishment of landmark locations including sports stadiums, 5* hotels and high spec leisure & hospitality contracts.   Being part of such an integral part of this established organisation gives them a fantastic presence in the market, whilst also offering clients a complete integrated construction service. These include; commercial property companies, investors, hotel operators, renowned retailers, residential developers and Estate owners.
