Lead Reablement Worker Scarborough Permanent, Full Time hours(37.5 hpw) Pay £13.21 per hour (£25,838 per annum) and great benefits including Health Cash Plan Home, a place where you belong As our Lead Reablement Worker, you'll be at the heart of supporting our customers aged 55+ to stay independent in their own homes. You'll lead our amazing team of Reablement Workers, helping them deliver person-centred care that makes a real difference. From supporting people with daily living to coordinating care plans and working with health professionals, you'll be key to helping our customers live well and stay connected to their community. Based from our fantastic new building on Scalby Road, we are very close to Scarborough town centre on public transport or by car (you can almost smell the fish and chips and were sure that well be popping out often to grab some for our lunch!). Typical day as a Lead Reablement Worker Supporting customers with varying needs, including dementia and frailty, to regain or maintain independence in their daily activities.
Developing and reviewing personalised care plans that focus on reablement, safety and the customer's aspirations.
Providing guidance and leadership to Reablement Workers, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care is delivered.
