About the Role You will: Lead technical delivery of research projects and guide junior researchers Design and implement proof-of-concept demonstrators and prototypes Conduct novel R&D in partnership with UK universities and internal R&D programmes Work across multiple domains including signal processing, sensor data fusion, RF and acoustic analytics, and more Publish findings (where appropriate) and help shape the direction of next-generation AI systems Collaborate with expert colleagues across NLP, CV, LLMs, knowledge graphs, and agent-based AI What We're Looking For A PhD (or equivalent industry experience) in a relevant discipline Strong background in AI/ML and/or statistical signal processing applied to time-series or sequential data Proficiency in Python with experience using TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or similar ML framewor...
