Lead Software Developer

New Yesterday

Are you an experienced Lead Software Developer who still enjoys hands-on work but is ready to take the next step into leadership?

Do you enjoy mentoring developers, shaping products, and working directly with customers to deliver real-world solutions?

You’ve put years into building solid software - now you want the chance to shape how it’s built, who builds it, and where it goes next. This is a role where your technical judgement genuinely matters, your voice is heard, and you stay close to the code while stepping into leadership.

You’ll take ownership of a core, real-world product used to support health & safety compliance. You’ll lead a growing development team, work directly with customers, and influence the direction of a configurable platform built on Microsoft .NET and React Native.

What’s in it for you
This role is built for someone who wants impact, variety, and progression without losing their technical edge. You’ll have autonomy, visibility, and the chance to shape both people and product as the business continues to grow.

Salary between £50,000 and £70,000 depending on experience
