Lead Software Engineer | AI | London / Hybrid | Up to £150,000 base + 1% equity

Are you a Lead / Staff level Python Engineer with strong skills in ETL and orchestration tools?

If so, we are working with an exciting AI start up tackling one of the most crucial challenges for SaaS businesses.

Our client is looking for a Lead Software Engieer who will report directly into the Co-Founder with the opportunity to grow into a CTO.

What we're looking for:

A Lead / Staff level Software engineer with strong skills, in ETL & orchestration tools, Experience processing large datasets or high-volume event streams. Background in AI/ML data pipelines. Ability to lead a small team. Early stage start up experience with a high agency mindset.
