We’re partnered with a tech-driven Scale-Up in London who have successfully achieved Series A and they are now looking to scale their team.

The business provides a real-time data platform that enables companies to attract and retain talent by enabling HR and Rewards Teams insight-driven and reliable data to ensure they can continue to foster a culture that engages new and existing employees.

The business has had significant growth since raising Series A and onboarding well-known companies & brands, and they aren’t slowing down – next year is already looking to be an exciting time for them and this is a great time to join a business who are going to scale!

As a Lead Software Engineer, you’ll be a hands-on individual whilst leading technical decision-making and tackling technical challenges as the business continues to grow and you’ll be owning aspects of product architecture and technical design whilst leading implementations.

The business is open to Lead Engineers who are experts in either Frontend, Backend, security or infrastructure as they are looking for curious Lead Engineers who want to join a scaling business and share their knowledge and best practices.

Their product is built in React.js, TypeScript and Node.js – they are flexible on whether your strengths are within Frontend or Backend.
